Great game, but...

I loved this game but why are all my perks not working? No ammo regen, no extra ammo, etc. Im the highest level prestige and have every thing maxed out but it no worky! WHYYYYYYY!?

So, you dont read your reviews to see that the skill system is broken. I left 5 stars last time because I love this game but maybe if I leave one star now youll notice and fix it?
